Community Supported Agriculture (CSA) was created from an idea of bringing people and farmers together.
How? Cutting out the middle men, creating direct from farmer purchases that allow small family farms to compete and thrive with big agro companies. So, like the name implies it is agriculture supported by the community the farmer lives in.
The CSA members benefit by receiving fresh locally grown produce while building a relationship with their farmer.
